Project Description
The development of residential accommodation at Mirpur Phase-1 is an important project that intends to offer decent housing for local government personnel. This effort demonstrate the government commitment to ensure that its employees have safe, affordable and pleasant housing. By solving the housing deficit, this project helps to improve the lives of government employees while also contributing to the growth of Mirpur Phase-1. The project will feature a variety of housing units, such as flats and homes, to accommodate the diverse demands of government personnel. It will provide modern living areas outfitted with necessary conveniences to foster a welcome and comfortable atmosphere. Building a community center, playgrounds, and green areas will be prioritized in order to establish a lively neighborhood in which families may flourish. The goal is to encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle in citizens.
Sustainability is a major focus of this project. To reduce its environmental effect, we employed eco-friendly materials and energy saving technology. To encourage an environment friendly lifestyle, the design include features such as energy saving lighting and water conservation techniques. By implementing sustainable building principle, the project contributes to the goal of creating a better environment for future generations.
Accessibility is important and the project allow all equipment to be more easily accessible, including vulnerable people. Tunnels, elevators and other necessary facilities will be installed to make the residential complex accessible to all residents.
